Return policies MUNDO VIDEO CORPORATION S.A.S.
In consideration of the delivery terms and conditions provided, and in compliance with the applicable regulatory standards, the product return process may be carried out taking into account the following return policies defined by the Company and protected by current regulations: a) The return request must be notified to Mundo Video within ten (10) days following receipt of the product.
To request a return, the customer must contact the customer service line at (+57) 321 4550287, or via email at [email protected]. b) The products must be sent, unused and retaining the original labels and packaging with which they were delivered. c) The customer must return the product by the same means and in the same conditions in which it was received. The customer will cover the transportation costs and any other expenses related to the return of the item. In the event of a valid return in accordance with these return policies, and consequently, the right of withdrawal is exercised, Mundo Video must refund the purchase price that the customer has paid for the returned product, within ten days of receiving the product or the cancellation of the purchase. However, the refund process may take up to 30 calendar days from the moment the customer exercised the right of withdrawal, since, in the case of payment by credit card, the financial institution (Redeban or Credibanco) may take longer to apply the refund to your account. If, despite the requirements duly informed to the customer for the configuration of the right of withdrawal, Mundo Video finds that the product was not returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, or that it has been damaged by an act or omission attributable to the customer, Mundo Video will be entitled to refrain from recognizing the right of withdrawal requested by the customer. d) The product on promotion or acquired through the offers section is not subject to return, the product may only be returned in case of quality issues, the return of the promotional product for personal taste or reference does not apply.

Mundo Video will be exempt from any liability for any damage or variation that the product may suffer as a result of an event or circumstance caused by force majeure or fortuitous event, that there has been improper use of the goods by the customer, ignoring the labeling instructions relating to the use and care of the product, or that damage to the product may have been caused by the actions of a third party.
Return policy:
You can return the purchase made in our online store within 10 days from the date of receipt of the package for exchange reasons or 30 days for quality reasons. If the reason for the return is quality, you can choose to exchange the product, receive a refund, or get store credit to use on your next purchase. If the return is made outside of this period or the item has been used, damaged or is not sent in its original packaging, Mundo Video will not be able to accept the return and will not be able to refund the payment. It is important that when you make the return you consider all the products from the same order that you want to return. In the event that you request a second refund for the same order, Mundo Video reserves the right to accept or reject the second request.
Products on promotion or purchased in the offers section can only be exchanged for quality reasons; returns of promotional products are not accepted based on the product reference.

- Products on promotion or purchased in the offers section cannot be exchanged for color or reference, only for quality reasons.
- The exchanges will be made at the market value at which they were acquired.
- The possibility of change is subject to inventory availability.

Damaged or defective products:
For Mundo Video, the excellent quality of its products is one of the decisive factors for the customer when making a purchase. For this reason, all our production efforts are focused on offering the highest quality products, ensuring customer loyalty.
In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, Mundo Video's quality control department will review it to identify the cause of the return and the damage caused to the product. If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded. However, if the product damage is found to be due to lack of care and misuse of the item, or to an event caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, Mundo Video will refrain from refunding the initial payment, and the purchased item will be returned in the same condition in which it was received for quality review. Mundo Video does not refund money paid for products purchased at the following events:
(A.) If the products have been acquired through any distribution and/or marketing channel other than our online store www.mundovideo.com.co.
(B.) If the products show damage caused by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame source, excessive heat, sharp objects, etc.)
(C.) If the products show damage caused by misuse or by disregarding the instructions contained on the labels attached to the product that contain information relating to their care.
(D.) Electronic products such as integrated circuits, whatever their nature, CANNOT BE RETURNED since their nature is certain and they have been tested before being sent; if you wish, you can make the purchase and choose the option to pick it up at the office and there you can request that it be tested before receiving it.
