Any person wishing to access and/or use the site or services may do so subject to these General Terms and Conditions, along with all other policies and principles governing Mundo Video Corporation S.A., which are incorporated herein by reference.

ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT ACCEPT THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH ARE MANDATORY AND BINDING, MUST REFRAIN FROM USING THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES.

The User must read, understand, and accept all conditions established in the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policies, as well as in other documents incorporated by reference, prior to registering as a User of mundovideo.com.co.

Mundovideo.com.co, backed by the experience and reputation of PayU, provides national and international consumers with a secure electronic platform to purchase products.

4. Formation of the Electronic Contract

Acquiring products on our portal is easy and secure through the following steps:

  1. Product Identification: View characteristics, photos, and videos of the product.
  2. Shopping Cart: Select products and quantities.
  3. Purchase Process: Complete personal and shipping information.
  4. Payment Selection: Options include Credit/Debit cards, Bank Transfer, or cash via authorized points (Baloto/Banks).
  • Security: Electronic payments are processed via PayU, meeting high security standards and bank certifications.
  1. Payment and Invoice: By completing the payment, the consumer accepts the offer, forming the electronic sales contract. An invoice will be sent with the merchandise.
  2. Product Delivery: Once payment is verified, the product will be delivered to the address indicated.

5. Product Exchanges

Within five (5) days of delivery, the consumer may request an exchange at their own expense (shipping costs for return and replacement). Mundo Video Corporation S.A. reserves the decision to grant the exchange based on policies and product nature.

  • Requirements: Unused product, perfect condition, original packaging/manuals, and copy of the invoice.
